Today we’re very proud to announce the release of our new Automation Series conveyors. These all-new conveyors were built from the ground up with versatility and user-friendliness in mind.
These new conveyors have several revolutionary features that we’re very excited about:
- A rigid, single-piece aluminum frame for conveyors up to 12″ wide and a strong multi-piece aluminum/steel frame for conveyors 18″ and wider
- Pivot™ rotatable drives that can be rotated to almost any angle to fit changing application requirements
- A movable center drive that can be positioned at any point along the length of the frame
- Tension Release™ tail pulleys that flip up at the push of a button for easy belt changes and under-belt cleaning
- Speeds up to 400 FPM
- Sealed, deep-groove ball bearings
- Optional V-Guide belting support standard on all conveyors — without replacing any parts
