Flextrac Conveyors are available in lengths up to 30' and widths from 4" to 24". They offer high speeds – up to 375 fpm – and heavy load carrying capacities – up to 500 lbs. These conveyors offer a very low profile – a maximum 3.03" at the drive end, with the remainder of the conveyor only 2.41" high.

These sleek, quiet conveyors feature industry-standard 1" pitch belts for maximum compatibility with existing plastic chain applications. We offer 44 standard belt options to meet the demands of your application. Many of our popular 125 Series sides, guides, accessories and drive packages are compatible with Flextrac Conveyors.

Now Available: Save space by moving the motor inside the conveyor with our new InnerDrive Conveyors.

These unique conveyors feature a safe and efficient 24vdc drive motor inside the conveyor, all while maintaining our signature low profile frame height. They can reach speeds up to 60 feet per minute and carry loads up to 100 lbs.

Each ultra-quiet conveyor includes a variable speed control card that easily integrates with automation systems for “run on demand” applications, using inhibit/run controls from devices such as timers and photo-eyes.

We will be celebrating our first ever REDout this week in recognition of our RED HOT sales.
