Tension Release Tail

Our Tension Release Tail is a first in the low profile conveyor industry. Simply push two buttons to release the tension on the belt; the tail flips easily out of the way. A gentle push reseats the tail, with both tension and tracking adjustments retained. Competing conveyors force you to readjust both every time tension is released. This makes it easy to replace the belt, or simply clean the slider bed underneath it as a part of regular maintenance.

Pivot™ Rotatable Drive

With the long lives of our conveyors it's likely that they will see a number of different applications before being retired. Pivot drives make it easy to make changes to fit a new application. The drive rotates to almost any position to clear obstacles caused by integrated machinery or product on the conveyor belt. When the drive is placed below the conveyor, the belt becomes the highest point, meaning product can overhang the edges of the conveyor without interference.
