Lube-For-Life Bearings are now available! These bearings are 100% maintenance-free thanks to our unique permanently applied Micro-Poly Lubricant. This lubricant is comprised of polymers and oils which continually lubricate the bearing surfaces through capillary action.

Because the lubricant is a solid, it blocks debris and foreign contamination from entering the bearing. The solid structure of the lubricant also prevents lubricant escaping from the bearing and contaminating products on the conveyor.

Lube-for-Life Bearings are available immediately on our 125 Series, 125Z Series and 250 Series conveyors. They are also available as a retrofit for existing conveyors.
