We're pleased to announce that our Automation Series family has grown by one with the addition of AS40Z Angled Frame Conveyors. They keep the rigid aluminum frame and Tension Release Tails of our AS40 and AS65 conveyors, but in an angled frame design that's perfect for raising or lowering product.

AS40Z Conveyors are available in three styles: Z, L and R. Our three most popular angles — 30°, 45° and 60° — are available as standard, with others available as special orders. Widths range from 8–24" and lengths up to 20 feet.

We've recently opened up the same tool our distributors use to configure and quote conveyors directly to our end users. With the Conveyor Configurator, you can configure your entire conveyor system (including supports, drives, mounts and accessories) and request a quote from your local distributor.

The Configurator includes advanced engineering rules to ensure your system is correctly configured and all the accessories will work together properly. Once you've configured your conveyor, you can download 3D CAD models, specifications and more to begin integrating it into your design.
