Flextrac Plastic Chain Belt Conveyors are Longer, Faster and Stronger

Cincinnati, OH – New Flextrac Plastic Chain Belt Conveyors from QC Industries move heavier loads faster over longer distances than standard flat belt conveyors. With load capacities up to 500 lbs and speeds up to 375 feet per minute, Flextrac conveyors are sure to fit almost any application. These unique conveyors are offered as standard up to 30 feet long, with lengths up to 100 feet available through special order. These features are all contained within a low 2.41” profile (3.03” at the drive end), allowing them to fit in tight quarters where conventional conveyors will not fit.

Widths of 4” to 24” are available, with a variety of side profile options for product containment. Each conveyor features wear strips and center supports to ensure long belt life and quiet operation. QC Industries’ unique Lube-for-Life Bearings make these conveyors virtually maintenance-free, with a permanent micro-poly lubricant eliminating the need to periodically lubricate bearings.

Flextrac conveyors are available with more than 100 styles of industry-standard one inch pitch belting. Available belts include flush grid or flat top styles in a variety of materials, from low cost polypropylene to polyethylene with anti-microbial additive to a super high temperature composite. Specialty belts are also available, including roller-top belts for accumulation, high-friction belts, and nub-top belts for easy product release.

These conveyors feature QC Industries’ industry-leading 5 Year Warranty and are built to last. The conveyor frames are laser cut from 10-gauge steel which is then powder coated. Other components are precision machined on state-of-the-art equipment to ensure quality and long conveyor life.

A wide variety of accessories, including sides, guides, mounts, stands, drive packages and controls allow Flextrac conveyors to be adapted to virtually any application, including packaging, automation, medical product and device manufacturing, assembly, material handling, manufacturing, clean rooms, and more.
