Introducing 400 Series Heavy-Duty Low-Profile Conveyors from QC Industries
Cincinnati, OH – The 400 Series line of heavy duty conveyors from QC Industries combines a very low profile (3.00”) with load carrying capacities to 1000 pounds, and speeds of up to 2000 fpm to satisfy virtually any material handling requirement. These unique conveyors are ideal for transporting heavy loads in tight quarters where conventional heavy-duty conveyors will not fit. Belt widths of up to 60” are available, in lengths to 100 feet. Center-drive or end-drive versions are available to suit particular application requirements.
Drive bearings are self-aligning and equipped with seals and grease fittings for lubrication while the conveyor is running. Belts can be changed quickly without removing the drive package or guide rails. These unique features make 400 Series conveyors ideal for use in manufacturing plants as well as distribution centers, packaging lines, metal stamping, precision manufacturing environments, and more.
Conveyor frames are laser cut from 10-guage steel which is then powder coated. Application specific belting is available in over 50 styles, including a variety of cleated styles. Multiple bands of belting can be run to allow simultaneous part movements on a single conveyor. Corrosion resistant, washdown and magnetic conveyors are also available.
A wide variety of accessories, including sides, guides, mounts, stands, drive packages and controls allow the 400 Series conveyors to be adapted to virtually any application.
